Dr. Jeff and his staff took care of us from the day we entered the office! On the consultation side - getting cookies, excellent customer service and help with every question that we had was reassuring and appreciated! Once we got into the service side, we were greeted by such a calm staff and get along great and make the atmosphere feel like home. The application was seamless, painless and worry free. My son was given a backpack of tools to prepare us for the journey of braces, gifts and more treats! My 3 year old son who was along for the ride even got dip ‘n dots! Twohig staff think of everything and give you the top notch customer care, service and consideration. My son is already excited to go back!

I have been a patient of Twohig Orthodontics for many years from needing braces in my early teens to going through retainers in my 20’s. Each visit has been nothing short of wonderful. The knowledge, the kindness of each staff member and just feeling so welcome at every visit is unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone needing ortho work done and will definitely be sending my children to them in the future. 😊

If I could I would give them 10 stars, they are the nicest people in fond du lac and care very much about everyone. Oh did I mention the cookies, my son had a popping out with his braces and only admitted that he wanted the cookies, and I don’t blame him. They make sure that you in and out in 5 minutes. Best orthodontist in Wisconsin.
