The knowledge, the kindness of each staff member and just feeling so welcome at every visit is unmatched. We have had a great experience with Twohig Orthodontics for the last year and a half. Always a clean, upbeat, and friendly environment. Staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. My daughter struggles with wearing her rubber bands for 24 hours a day due to jaw pain, and they have been understanding, flexible, and helped us find solutions. Their willingness to work with us on that has been very appreciated. The only less-than-stellar thing I will say is: If you need to adjust any billing information, do it as early in the month as possible. That was the only place I ran into an inpatient/not-kind person there, and it was only the once that I needed to adjust where our payment came from that month. It was a one-off type of situation that I didn’t know would need to happen until the day I called, so more patience and willingness to listen to the reason I was calling would have gone a long way, and probably even helped the billing person from becoming as frustrated as she seemed to be. A positive experience when giving someone your money goes a long way. But one bad apple doesn’t ruin the bunch there at all! Lesson learned to just avoid her if I can. Overall experience here has been amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Jeff and his Team are fantastic! Took time to really explain the whole process and were very professional and polite throughout. I would highly recommend you check them out for all your orthodontic care! Great faciliate and plenty of parking as well...Glad we sent our oldest Son their, and youger brother will be starting his orthodontic journey, in fall there!
